Partner Organization: KOINS FOR KENYA
In 2010-2011, Adventure Giving helped Koins For Kenya find sponsors for numerous students in Kenya. This year, we are continuing the tradition. Education changes lives.
Since 2004, KOINS FOR KENYA has built ten different elementary schools and helped over 10,000 students in the Kinango district of Kenya receive free public education.
In 2006, KOINS built the first high school in the region and started its first scholarship program for deserving students.
Today, four years later, KOINS for KENYA celebrates its first high school graduates, including eleven who will attend college this year. One of them, Purity Mrabu, was the FIRST GIRL ever to go to college from this region of Kenya.
